Get seats fit for a sparkling diamond! Beginning today, Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Broadway will offer "Satine Seats," which are same-day seats that can be purchased on TodayTix.
Through this program, a limited number of $55 tickets will be available each day for that afternoon and/or evening's performance. Before their desired performance, users can download the TodayTix app and "unlock" Satine Seats by sharing the program on social media. They can set an alert to be notified when Satine Seats become available each morning, and tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
Moulin Rouge! The Musical has been running at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre since 2019. The stage adaptation of Baz Luhrmann's Oscar-winning film tells the story of Christian and Satine, a writer and a showgirl who fall into a forbidden romance at the title Paris nightclub. The musical includes the most famous songs from the movie, like "Roxanne," "Your Song," and "Lady Marmalade," in addition to dozens more modern pop hits.
In 2020, the show won the Tony Award for Best Musical in addition to nine other awards. The five-star New York Theatre Guide review of Moulin Rouge! The Musical reads, "Moulin Rouge!
