More information about Masquerade

Know Before You Go:

The Password is Your Ticket
To step inside the Paris Opera House, you must know the secret code. Before your performance, you’ll receive a password that grants you entry to Masquerade rather than a physical ticket.

Dress the Part
To celebrate the Phantom's return, please join us in formal or cocktail dress in Black, White, or Silver only. Those who fail to honor the evening’s style shall be asked to make the necessary adjustments before entering.

As you are guided through the Paris Opera House, you will be in close company with your fellow guests, standing and moving through scenes that unfold around you. Choose your garments with grace and consideration so all may move in harmony.

The night will ask you to stand and lose yourself in the music and mystery. Comfortable shoes are your ally. For your safety, stilettos and kitten heels are forbidden. Should you wish to rise above, let it be upon a chunky or block heel, though the Phantom smiles upon those who choose the silent grace of a flat shoe.

Hide Your Face
Masks are required at the Masquerade. Guests are encouraged to wear their own black, white, or silver masquerade mask that celebrates the occasion and reflects personal style. If you don’t have one, a complimentary mask will be provided on arrival.

Age Requirement
Entry requires a valid photo ID. For evening performances, all guests must be 21+.

For matinee performances, all guests must be 16+.

Special Holiday Matinee performances on November 26 and December 23, 26, 30 and 31 are available for guests aged 13+.

Haze
This production uses theatrical haze and smoke.

No Re-Entry
The performance begins at your entry time. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to ensure entry. Late entry will not be permitted. Entry is only permitted when the full party is present. Re-entry will not be permitted.
