They’re going somewhere that’s green! Emmy Award nominee T. R. Knight and Tony Award nominee Hannah Cruz will be the next stars of Little Shop of Horrors off Broadway, starring as Seymour and Audrey at the Westside Theatre starting October 27.

Knight is best known for his Emmy-nominated performance as Dr. George O'Malley on Grey's Anatomy. He has starred on Broadway in the plays Noises Off, It's Only a Play, and, most recently, Stranger Things: The First Shadow.

Cruz earned her first Tony Award nomination in 2026 for Chess after making her Broadway debut in Suffs in 2024. She also performed in that musical’s Off-Broadway premiere and in other Off-Broadway musicals including The Connector and Only Gold.

Current Little Shop of Horrors stars Ethan Slater and Betsy Wolfe will play their final performances as Seymour and Audrey on October 25.

The acclaimed horror-comedy musical Little Shop of Horrors centers on geeky flower shop worker Seymour, who encounters a talking, flesh-eating plant that promises him fame, fortune, and romance for a price. The current revival has run off Broadway since 2019, winning the Drama Desk and Drama League Awards for Outstanding Revival of a Musical.
