Little Shop of Horrors follows Seymour, a florist who falls in love with his co-worker Audrey. Their relationship quickly escalates into a battle for the human race, when Seymour discovers a human-eating plant, affectionately named Audrey II. Michael Mayer directs the off-Broadway production, with an original book, music and lyrics by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman.

Casting for Little Shop of Horrors' includes Jeremy Jordan as Seymour, who was previously scheduled to join the company before Covid forced theatres shut in March 2020. Christian Borle will return to play Orin Scrivello DDS, with Tammy Blanchard as Audrey, Tom Alan Robbins as Mushnik, Aaron Arnell Harrington as The Voice of Audrey II, Salome Smith as Ronnette, Joy Woods as Chiffon, Aveena Sawyer as Crystal, Eric Wright, Teddy Yudain, Stephen Berger, and Chelsea Turbin.

Little Shop of Horrors began previews at the Westside Theatre on Sept. 17, 2019, with its opening night a month later. In a review for New York Theatre Guide, "it is naturally a special pleasure and privilege to see the show at close quarters again, everything about this new version screams Broadway... This may be the priciest Skid Row ever brought to an Off-Broadway stage."

Little Shop of Horrors is at the Westside Theatre from September 21.
