
Shoshana Bean to join ‘The Lost Boys’ Broadway cast
The Tony Award-nominated actress will star in the new musical adaptation of the cult classic vampire movie at the Palace Theatre beginning in March.

Shoshana Bean will join the cast of The Lost Boys on Broadway, beginning performances March 27 ahead of an April 26 opening at the Palace Theatre.
Bean most recently originated the role of Jersey in Hell’s Kitchen on Broadway, earning a 2024 Tony Award nomination and a Grammy Award for her performance. She was also Tony and Grammy-nominated for Mr. Saturday Night in 2022, and additional Broadway credits include starring roles in Wicked and Waitress.
In The Lost Boys, she will play Lucy Emerson, replacing Caissie Levy, who has departed the production, as previously announced. The Lost Boys Broadway cast also includes LJ Benet as Michael Emerson, Ali Louis Bourzgui as David, Benjamin Pajak as Sam Emerson, Maria Wirries as Star, Paul Alexander Nolan as Max, Jennifer Duka as Alan Frog, Miguel Gil as Edgar Frog, Brian Flores as Marko, Sean Grandillo as Dwayne, and Dean Maupin as Paul.

"I cannot wait for audiences to experience the power and soul she will unleash in this role. Adapted from the 1987 Warner Bros. film, The Lost Boys follows a family who moves to a California town that’s crawling with vampires. The film was directed by Joel Schumacher from a story by James Jeremias and Janice Roberta Fischer, and the musical has a book by David Hornsby and Chris Hoch, and music and lyrics by The Rescues.
The show also features choreography by Lauren Yalango-Grant and Christopher Cree Grant, scenic and video design by Dane Laffrey, costume design by Ryan Park, lighting design by Jen Schriever and Michael Arden, sound design by Adam Fisher, aerial design by Billy Mulholland and Gwyneth Larsen, music supervision by Ethan Popp, orchestrations and musical arrangements by Popp and The Rescues, and vocal arrangements by The Rescues.
