Every Brilliant Thing on Broadway tickets

See Tony Award winner Daniel Radcliffe return to Broadway in this triumphant, moving, and hilarious solo show. Every Brilliant Thing has played around the world in more than 80 countries; when it came to off Broadway a decade ago, The New York Times awarded it a Critic's Pick. Now, Every Brilliant Thing plays on Broadway for a limited run only this winter.

Radcliffe is no stranger to Broadway: he's starred in Equus, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and The Cripple of Inishmaan. Most recently, he was in the acclaimed revival of Merrily We Roll Along, which won him a Tony Award. Now, Radcliffe is back in Every Brilliant Thing in New York, taking on a busy role in this heartfelt solo show.

In Every Brilliant Thing, a man makes lists for reasons to live, initially an idea he used for his seriously depressed mother. But now, he makes the lists for himself to remember what he is grateful for and what keeps him motivated and moving. Out of this list comes wild and memorable stories.

“There’s something about the nature of this play and the connection that is being constantly made with the audience, from before the play even starts when I’m out there interacting with people as they come into the room, that I’m very intrigued by and excited by,” Radcliffe said in an interview with The New York Times. “This play is built with the audience new every night.”

The play was written by Duncan Macmillan with Jonny Donahoe, a British comedian who originated the lead role. Jeremy Herrin directs with Macmillan, who debuted the show through sold-out runs at three consecutive Edinburgh Festivals.
