'Is This A Room' and 'Dana H.' announce Broadway rush policy
The rush program begins with the first performance of Is This A Room on September 24.
Is This A Room and Dana H., which are running in repertory on Broadway at the Lyceum Theatre, have announced an in-person rush ticket program. Rush tickets will be available throughout each show's run, beginning with the first performance of Is This A Room on September 24 and Dana H. on October 1.
A limited number of $35 rush tickets will be available to purchase at the box office each performance day for that night's performance. Each person can purchase up to two tickets, and they can be paid for with cash or credit card. Seats are subject to availability, and location will be assigned by the box office.
These two plays were first seen at the Vineyard Theatre as part of its 2019-2020 season. In Is This A Room, Tina Satter tells the story of Reality Winner, a former Air Force intelligence specialist accused of leaking confidential information about Russian election interference, using the verbatim transcript of her FBI interrogation. Lucas Hnath's Dana H. similarly uses a verbatim recording by the playwright's own mother. Deirdre O'Connell lip-syncs the titular woman's story of how she was held captive for five months by a patient at her psych ward.
Is This A Room tickets and Dana H. tickets are on sale now.
