Diego Rodriguez and more to join Rachel Zegler in 'Evita' on Broadway

Zegler, Rodriguez, and two additional cast members will reprise their roles from the 2025 London premiere of director Jamie Lloyd's critically acclaimed revival.

You must love them! Additional cast members have been named for Evita on Broadway starring Rachel Zegler, which starts performances February 27 ahead of a March 25 opening at the Winter Garden Theatre.

As previously announced, Zegler will reprise her Olivier Award-winning performance as Eva Perón from London's West End. Also reprising their London roles are Olivier Award nominee Diego Rodriguez as Che, James Olivas in his Broadway debut as Juan Perón, and WhatsOnStage Award nominee Bella Brown as The Mistress and the alternate for Eva Perón.

The production will also feature Ángel Lozada as Agustín Magaldi.

The ensemble will feature Giuseppe Bausilio, Mely Berdion, Brandon Borkowsky, Ayla Ciccone-Burton, Grace Conrad, Christian Jesús Galvis, Tommy Gedrich, Sydney Jones, Natasha Leaver, Maggie Likcani, Mireia Mambo, Sebastian Martinez, Justice Moore, Pepe Muñoz, Julio Rey, Ken San Jose, Victor Carrillo Tracey, Damani Van Rensalier, and J'Kobe Wallace. The swings are Alexis Hasbrouck, AK Naderer, Regine Sophia, Francisco Thurston, Bryce Valle, and Michael Bryan Wang.

Final casting for the role of The Child, as well as the show's full Broadway creative team, will be announced at a later date.

The Tim Rice/Andrew Lloyd Webber musical Evita, about the rise and fall of former Argentine First Lady Eva Perón, is directed by Jamie Lloyd.
