York Theatre Company has now revealed complete casting for its forthcoming, previously announced return engagement of Enter Laughing: The Musical, once again directed by Stuart Ross, which is scheduled to begin previews at the York's home at Saint Peter's on May 7, 2019, ahead of an official opening on May 16 and a limited engagement through to June 9, 2019.

The cast of Enter Laughing includes (in alphabetical order) Raji Ahsan (as Pike), Farah Alvin (as Angela Marlowe), Dana Costello (as Miss B), Ray DeMattis (as Mr. Foreman), Chris Dwan (as David Kolowitz), two-time Tony Award nominee Alison Fraser (as Mother), Robert Picardo (as Father), David Schramm (as Marlowe), Allie Trimm (as Wanda), and Joe Veale (as Marvin).

Synopsis: "Based on Carl Reiner's autobiographical novel and Joseph Stein's stage adaptation, this hilariously tuneful musical careens through the misadventures of star-struck, stage-struck, woman-struck teenager David Kolowitz, who pratfalls his way into manhood via the theatre. Enter Laughing: The Musical is the perfect show for anyone who has ever had a dream of stardom, an overbearing mother, a song in their heart, or a laugh in their soul."

The musical adaptation of Enter Laughing features a book by Joseph Stein, with music & lyrics by Stan Daniels.

The creative team has also been announced and features music direction by Phil Reno, choreography by Jennifer Paulson-Lee, scenic design by James Morgan, costume design by Tyler M. Holland, lighting design by Ken Billington & Jason Kantrowitz, sound design by Julian Evans, and props by Brooke van Hensbergen.

York Theatre Company first presented the musical in the fall of 2008 and now produces its off-Broadway return in association with Riki Kane Larimer and Alene Daniels.
