The Florentine at the 78th Street Theatre Lab

Project:Theater presents The Florentine, by Michael Hilliard, at 78th Street Theatre Lab from the 8 - 17 Jun 2006.

The Florentine focuses on a seemingly average photo technician who unexpectedly finds himself living the same day over an over again, first as Anthony, devout but sickly husband and father, then as the direct descendent of Niccolo Machiavelli, Anthony 'The Florentine' Pangellini, a crime boss at the center of a deadly blackmail plot. What begins as a twisted scheme designed to part a man from his money quickly morphs into an ever-evolving nightmare, where Anthony struggles to maintain his sanity and identity at his own peril as well as that of everyone around him.

The cast for The Florentine, directed by Joseph Jung, features Garrett Ayers, Ruark Downey, Brian Frank, Erin Gorski, Michael Hilliard, Beth Ann Leone, Andrew McLeod, and Brian Sell.
