Scapin at the Turtle's Shell Theater

Turtle Shell Productions presents Scapin, by Moliere, in a new translation by Scott McCrea, adapted by Shawn Rosza, opening the Turtle's Shell Theater at Times Square Arts Center on 6 Dec 2007, following previews from 5 Dec and running through to 22 Dec 2007.

Directed by Shawn Rosza, the adaptation sets the action in the 1970's in Itty Bitty Italy, a tiny village whose yearly festival provides the backdrop for a veritable carnival of uproarious characters and their antics, none more outrageous than the rascally Scapin.

The creative team comprises Keven Lock (sets), Christina Giannini (costumes), Eric Larso (lighting) and David Roy (sound).
