MCC Theater has announced an extension for the limited engagement of the U.S. premiere of Anna Jordan's YEN, directed by OBIE winner Trip Cullman. The transfer from London's acclaimed Royal Court Theatre began previews at off-Broadway's Lucille Lortel Theatre on January 12, 2017, officially opened on January 30, and was scheduled to play a limited run through to February 19, 2017. It will now play its final performance on March 4, 2017.

The theatre will be dark on the weekend of February 24-26 to allow cast member and Oscar nominee Lucas Hedges to travel to Los Angeles and attend the Academy Awards, as well as the Independent Spirit Awards. Hedges is nominated for his supporting role in "Manchester by the Sea."

Alongside Lucas Hedges, the cast of YEN also includes Ari Graynor, Stefania LaVie Owen and Justice Smith.

Synopsis: "Bobbie and Hench are home alone. Days are filled by streaming porn, playing Call of Duty, watching the world go by. Their mom rarely visits these days, and it's chaos when she does. But when animal-loving neighbor Jenny takes an interest in their dog Taliban, the boys discover a world far beyond what they know. YEN explores a childhood lived without boundaries."
