The Vineyard Theatre has announced a 1-week extension for its current New York premiere of Do You Feel Anger?, written by Mara Nelson-Greenberg and directed by Margot Bordelon, which began previews on March 13, 2019, ahead of an official opening on March 31 and will now run through to April 27, 2019 (instead of April 20).

Synopsis: "In this dazzling dark comedy, Sophia (played by Ms. Villarin) is hired as an empathy coach at a debt collection agency -- and clearly, she has her work cut out for her. These employees can barely identify what an emotion is, much less practice deep, radical compassion for others. As they painstakingly stumble towards enlightenment, someone keeps mugging Eva in the kitchen, and the unspoken dynamics of their seemingly blithe workplace culture become increasingly unsettling. Do You Feel Anger? reminds us that change is not always easy, and may come with unexpected costs."

The cast of Do You Feel Anger? includes om Aulino (as Old Man), Ugo Chukwu (as Jordan), Megan Hill (as Eva), Greg Keller (as Jon), Justin Long (as Howie), Jeanne Sakata (as Janie/Sophia's Mother), and Tiffany Villarin (as Sophia).

The creative team behind Do You Feel Anger? features scenic design by Laura Jellinek, costume design by Emilio Sosa, lighting design by Marie Yokoyama, and sound design by Palmer Hefferan.

Do You Feel Anger? staged its world premiere at the 2018 Humana Festival of New American Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville.
