Lea DeLaria

Lea DeLaria is best known for her role as Carrie "Big Boo" Black in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black. On stage, her credits include the 2000 revival of The Rocky Horror Show, 2022's POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive and 2024's The Night of the Iguana. She also played a limited run in Titanique off Broadway in 2025.
Additionally, DeLaria's 1993 appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show made her the first openly gay comic to appear on American TV.
