Wish I Had a Sylvia Plath: Esther Greenwood, heroine of The Bell Jar (Sylvia Path Novel), must mix, blend and whip her memories, fantasies and illusions into the most perfect poem of her life before Olson the Magic Oven takes her away.

Winner of a Fringe First Award for "innovative and outstanding new writing," Wish I Had a Sylvia Plath premiered at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe. The Guardian praised Wish I Had a Sylvia Plath as, "a moving meditation on the difficulties of combining creativity and domesticity...Cleverly combining film with live action, the show veers wildly- like Esther's mind- between farce and tragedy... I left the theatre with a lump in my throat." The Scotsman called it "Wild, tragic, funny as French and Saunders...This comic treatment laced with dark moments sheds fresh light on a familiar story."

Edward Anthony (Playwright) read English Literature and Language at Oxford University; he now divides his time between London and the East Coast. Anthony is currently writing 'The Chop Suey Barbie Trick,' a one- woman puppet play about paranoid schizophrenia.

Elisabeth Gray (Actor) read English Literature and Language at Oxford university. She has appeared in numerous stage productions both in the US and the UK. Awards: UK Juliet Bernard Memorial Prize for 'Most Promising Young Actress' and Stage Awards Nominee for 'Best Solo Show' for Wish I Had a Sylvia Plath (UK).
