Wild With Happy extends run by one week



The Public Theater's production of Wild With Happy, written by and starring Tony nominee Colman Domingo, extends its run by one week and will now play through to 18 Nov 2012.

The comedy began performances at the Public Theater's Luesther Hall on 09 Oct 2012, and was orignally scheduled to close on 11 Nov 2012.

Gil, an actor who's struggling to carve out his own new life, finds his worlds colliding when his mother dies and he decides to have her cremated. But where should he scatter the ashes? And can he make a fairytale ending for her in the one place that made her Wild With Happy?

Directed by Robert O'Hara, Wild With Happy stars Colman Domingo (Gil), Korey Jackson (Terry), Maurice McRae (Mo) and Sharon Washington (Adelaide, Aunt Glo).

The creative team features set and costume desing by Clint Ramos, lighting by Japhy Weideman and sound by Lindsay Jones.
