Thinking Makes it So at Center Stage

Examined Man Theatre, a new theatre company dedicated to exploring modern concepts of masculinity, present their first production, Thinking Makes it So - the true story of male sexual violence, playing at Center Stage from 11 - 22 Apr 2007.

Written and directed by Damon Krometis, Thinking Makes it So follows Sean, a former frat boy, who is struggling with nightmares brought on by a traumatic and controversial incident from college. What happened to him?

Alone on a stage, Sean introduces us to members of the Joy Boys, his cadre of close male friends. As each man shares his opinion of the event, friendships begin to break until Sean is left alone to face his friend's judgments and find his own salvation.
