The Play About the Naked Guy at the Rose Nagelberg Theater

Emerging Artists Theatre presents The Play About the Naked Guy, a comedy by David Bell, opening at the Rose Nagelberg Theater at the Baruch Performing Arts Center on 9 Feb 2008, following previews from 4 Feb and running through to 2 Mar 2008.

The Play About the Naked Guy is presented as part of Emerging Artists Theatre's 2008 Triple Threat Premiere.

In The Play About the Naked Guy, the Integrity Players, an off-off Broadway theater company dedicated to faithfully presenting the "lesser known" classics, is on the brink of shuttering. When a trio of artistically questionable though financially successful impresarios, responsible for such stage hits as "Naked Boys Running Around Naked" and "Drunk Frat Boys Making Porn," offer to help save their company, a battle between commercialism and artistic allegiance ensues.

Directed by Tom Wojtunik and choreographed by Ryan Kasprzak, The Play About the Naked Guy features Dan Amboyer, Christopher Borg, Wayne Henry, Stacy Mayer, Ellen Reilly, Jason Schuchman, Christopher Sloan and Michael Zahler.

The creative team comprises Michael P. Kramer (sets), David Withrow (costumes), Travis Walker (lighting) and Ryan Homsey (sound).
