Resonance Ensemble presents The Coffee Trees, by Arthur Giron, at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre from 28 Sep - 20 Oct 2007. The play will run in repertoire with Anton Chekov's The Cherry Orchard.

The Coffee Trees: Inspired by Chekhov's 'The Cherry Orchard, it takes place on a Guatemalan coffee plantation following the country's 35-year civil war between communist guerilla forces and conservative landowners. Directed by Marion Castleberry, The Coffee Trees features Teddy Canez, Chris Ceraso, Angela Clemente, Elizabeth A. Davis, Dan Domingues, Annie Henk, Veronica Matta, Steven Pounders and Victor Truro. The design team comprises Dustin O'Neill (sets), Sidney Shannon (costumes), Bobby Bradley (lighting) and Nick Moore (Sound).
