The American Pilot to be presented by MTC as part of their 2006 - 2007 season


The Manhattan Theatre Club are to present the American premiere of David Greig's The American Pilot, as part of their 2006 - 2007 season at the NY City Center.

The American Pilot: In a rural village in a war-torn country, an American pilot crash-lands. Should the villagers in the region help him, murder him or use him as a pawn in a dangerous game with the enemy?

David Greig (Playwright) was born in Edinburgh. His plays include: 'Europe', 'The Architect', 'The Speculator', 'Victoria', 'Outlying Islands', 'San Diego', 'When the Bulbul Stopped Singing' and most recently 'Pyrenees', 'The American Pilot' and 'Tintin'.
