Some Kind of Bliss at 59E59's Theatre C

Trafalgar Studios present Some Kind of Bliss, by Samuel Adamson, opening at 59E59's Theater C on 15 Jun 2008, following previews from 11 Jun and running through to 29 Jun 2008. The play is presented as part of 59E59 Theaters' Brits off-Broadway festival.

Some Kind of Bliss: Rachel, a small-time hack and seeker of minor adventure, sets off down the Thames Path to Greenwich to interview British pop legend Lulu for her tabloid's glossy supplement. But between London Bridge and Lulus mirrored hallway lies a series of unpredicted and comic events. A play about how a walk on an everyday Wednesday can become an odyssey that turns your life upside down.

Directed by Toby Frow, Some Kind of Bliss is performed by Lucy Briers.
