On The Town at the Hudson Guild Theatre

Amas Musical Theatre Academy presents the musical On The Town, music by Leonard Bernstein, book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, at the Hudson Guild Theatre, from the 12 - 21 May 2006.

On The Town: Three sailors on 24-hour leave travel uptown and down, from the Bowery to the Bronx, in a madcap search for the illusive and exotic Ivy Smith, Miss Turnstiles of the Month.

On The Townis directed by Christopher Scott, and features the students of the Amas Musical Theatre Academy.

The musical is choreographed by Monica Johnson, and has set design by Michael V. Moore, costumes by Cheryl A. McCarron, lighting by Herrick Goldman and sound by SFX Productions.
