Moulin Rouge, The Inheritance and more win Drama League Awards

A Soldier's Play and Little Shop of Horrors also took home big wins.

The Drama League announced the winners of annual Drama League Awards, which recognize achievements on and off-Broadway. Danny Burstein received the prestigious Distinguished Performance Award, which an actor can only receive once, for his work as Harold Ziegler in Moulin Rouge! The show also took home the prize for Outstanding Production of a Musical. 

The other winners include A Soldier's Play (Outstanding Revival of a Play),The Inheritance (Outstanding Production of a Play), and the Off-Broadway revival of Little Shop of Horrors (Outstanding Revival of a Musical). Winners were selected by the organization's community of theatre artists, industry professionals, and audience members. 

The winners were announced virtually in lieu of the annual ceremony and celebrated the achievements of a season that was cut short due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
