Man of La Mancha at the Duo Theatre


The Duo Theater and Room 5001 Theatre presents Man of La Mancha book by Dale Wasserman, with music by Mitch Leigh and lyrics by Joe Darion, at the Duo Theater from 20 - 30 Mar 2008.

Man of La Mancha: Quixote�s well-known story of madness waging war against the ruthless cruelties of real life. Cervantes must manipulate the power of theatre within a dark inquisition chamber to fight for his very life, progressively blurring the line between cruel reality and tragic fantasy.

Directed by Joshua William Gelb, Man of La Mancha features Justin Levine (Cervantes), Rusty Buehler (Sancho), Dorian Shorts (Aldonza), Ricardo Perez-Gonzalez (Padre), Omar Perez (Carrasco), Kevin Ortega (Antonia), Joie Bauer (Governor) and Beau Edmonson (Pedro).

The creative team compriese Eric Southern (sets), David Mendizibal (costumes), Brad King (lighting) and Brittany O�Neill (sound).
