Kingdom at TBG Arts Center

Latin Kingdom Entertainment presented Kingdom, music by Ian Williams and lyrics by Aaron Jafferis, at the TBG Arts Center from 13 - 23 Sep 2006 as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival.

Who can you turn to when the world turns its back on you? Kingdom chronicles the story of Andres and Juan, two kids from the barrio who quit their dead-end jobs and join well-known underground empowerment organization the Almighty Latin King & Queen Nation in search of honor and respect. When tragedy rocks the group, struggle for leadership of the Nation tears the two friends apart with devastating results.

Directed by Louis Moreno, Kingdom features Marisa Echeverr�a, Michael Improta, Ronny Mercedes, Andres Munar, Flaco Navaja, Gio Perez and Gerardo Rodriguez.

Set design and costumes by Arnulfo Maldonado, with lighting by Cat Tate and sound by Ezekial Kendrick.
