Starring the Gender Illusionist team of Peter Mac as 'Judy Garland' and John Schaefer as 'Bea Arthur' at Helen's Hideaway Room on Friday's from the 25 Feb - 15 Apr 2005 Peter Mac and John Schaefer (a couple in real life) take to the stage as the legendary rainbow diva and as the loveable golden girl. In this new musical cabaret show Garland and Arthur regale audiences with songs and stories of their days on stage and screen, as well as a bevy of musical surprises such as "The Man In The Moon". Peter Mac first took to the stage as Garland in his autobiographical play "Judy and Me". John Schaefer filled Arthur's sizeable shoes in the smash hit, "The Golden Girls: LIVE!". Though never having once worked, met, or spent any time together...Garland and Arthur prove to be true Bosom Buddies!
