How to get to Randall's Island by car
All vehicles entering Randall's Island must use the RFK Triborough Bridge, which connects to the island from the intersection of 125th Street and Second Avenue in Manhattan. Those using GPS navigation should enter the following address for Randall's Island Park: 10 Central Road, New York, NY 10035.
Parking on the island is limited, and parking fees go into effect during events.
Rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft, and Curb (for booking yellow taxis) are additional options for getting to Randall's Island by car.
How to get to Randall's Island by bus
Take the M35 bus from its first stop at E 125 St / Lexington Av in Manhattan and get off one stop later at Main Rdy / Icahn Stadium. Randall's Island Park, adjacent to Icahn Stadium, is located steps away.
How to get to Randall's Island by bike or on foot
Two pedestrian bridges connect Manhattan to Randall's Island.
- RFK Triborough Bridge: From the intersection of 125th Street and Second Avenue on Manhattan's east side, you can walk or bike across the RFK Triborough Bridge to reach the island. It is approximately a 10-minute walk south of the bridge to reach Randall's Island Park.
- 103rd Street Footbridge (also called Ward's Island Bridge): From the intersection of East River Esplanade/FDR Drive and 103rd Street on Manhattan's east side, you can walk or bike across the 103rd Street Footbridge to reach the southern tip of Randall's Island. From there, it is approximately a 20-minute walk north to reach Randall's Island Park.
Those using Citi Bikes can utilize the docking station at Icahn Stadium to park or take out a bike.
How to get to Randall's Island by subway
There are no subway stops located on Randall's Island. The closest subway station is the 125th St. stop on the 4/5/6 line. Exit the stop at 125th St. and Lexington Avenue, and you can get to Randall's Island from there by bus, car, bike, or foot per the instructions above.
