Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen, at the Abrons Arts Center


A Rebel Theater presents their adaptation of Ghosts, by Henrik Ibsen, at the Bank Street Abrons Arts Center Henry Street Settlement from 5 - 15 Oct 2006.

Ghosts is set on the island of Jamaica in the early 1980's. This original Caribbean adaptation reveals the tragedies surrounding love, legacy, and family secrets during the initial years of the AIDS epidemic.

Directed and choreographed by Rajendra Ramoon Mahara, Ghosts features Ngozi Anyanwu (Orphan), Letecia Bryan (Carmella), Rory Clarke (Orphan), Sabrina Colie (Orphan), Edward Davis (Barrington Andrews), Rodney Gilbert (JaBingy), Sharon King (Mrs. Victoria Andrews), Mickey Ryan (Pastor Mattison), Arthur Toombs (Captain Andrews).
