Everything you need to know about the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball

The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball is a one-night music festival that takes place every December. The concert series gathers the year’s biggest pop artists in venues across the country to perform their top hits. In 2025, concerts will take place in Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Miami alongside New York City. Artists may vary slightly from city to city.

For Jingle Ball 2025, top performers include Ed Sheeran, Conan Gray, Laufey, Reneé Rapp, Alex Warren, Jessie Murph, Ravyn Lenae, and more, as well as a special sing-along performance from KPop Demon Hunters.

The 2025 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in NYC is at Madison Square Garden. The original event, the Z100 Jingle Ball, has been at MSG since the '90s (it was once called Acoustic Christmas), and saw artists like Green Day, Aerosmith, and Celine Dion perform.

Jingle Ball comes to NYC on December 12, 2025 this year.

Typically, the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball is about 3-4 hours long. Similar to a music festival, each performer puts on a shortened set that lasts 20-45 minutes, while headliners have longer sets.

There is no set age limit for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball. Children over the age of 2 require tickets to enter Madison Square Garden.
