Doubt is now booking to the 2 Apr 2006

Doubt, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning play by John Patrick Shanley at the Walter Kerr Theatre is now booking to the 2 Apr 2006, the show had been booking to the 29 Jan 2006.

Doubt opened at the Walter Kerr Theatre on the 31 Mar 2005, following previews from the 9 Mar and is currently booking to the 29 Jan 2006. The play had a successful off-Broadway run at the City Center's Stage One from the 22 Nov 2004 - 30 Jan 2005.

Doubt is set against the backdrop of a Bronx Catholic school in 1964, Doubt is the story of a strong-minded woman faced with a difficult decision. Should she voice concerns about one of her male colleagues even if shes not entirely certain of the truth?

Doubt is Broadway�s most honored play, receiving:

Director Doug Hughes received Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Lortel Awards for his direction of the drama, and an Obie Award for sustained excellence.

The show's cast features Cherry Jones (Sister Aloysius - thru to the 8 Jan 2006), Eileen Atkins (Sister Aloysius - from the 10 Jan 2006), Br�an F. OByrne (Father Flynn), Heather Goldenhersh (Sister James) and Adriane Lenox (Mrs Muller).

Doubt has set design by John Lee Beatty, costumes by Catherine Zuber, lighting by Pat Collins and original music and sound design by David Van Tieghem.
