Cast announced for The Wayside Motor Inn
Signature Theatre have announced the casting for The Wayside Motor Inn, which is featured in their upcoming 2014-2015 Season at the Pershing Square Signature Center. The drama, written by A.R. Gurney and directed by Lila Neugebauer, will be playing at the Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre from 12 Aug through to 21 Sep 2014, opening on 04 Sep 2014.
The cast includes Kelly AuCoin (Andy), Jon DeVries (Frank), Quincy Dunn-Baker (Ray), Rebecca Henderson (Ruth), Marc Kudisch (Vince), Jenn Lyon (Sharon), Lizbeth Mackay (Jessie), David McElwee (Phil), Ismenia Mendes (Sally) and Will Pullen (Mark).
Synopsis: 'Outside Boston, ten people - some strangers, some not - struggle with the circumstances that have brought them to the Wayside Motor Inn. With old grudges and new feuds threatening the travelers' peace, this kicks off A. R. Gurney's Signature Residency by examining the tenuous space between loneliness and connection, and the fragile framework of the American Dream.'
The creative team behind The Wayside Motor Inn includes Andrew Lieberman for scenic design, Tyler Micoleau for lighting, Kaye Voyce for costume design and Stowe Nelson for sound.
