Bingo With The Indians at the Flea Theater

Adam Rapp is to direct his new play Bingo With The Indians, opening at the Flea Theater on 9 Nov 2007, following previews from 25 Oct 2007 and running through to 22 Dec 2007.

Bingo With The Indians: A disgruntled East Village theater company with more on their minds then playing Bingo descends upon a small New England town.

The play is being produced by the Flea Theatre and will features The Bats, the resident acting company of The Flea

Adam Rapp is a novelist, filmmaker, playwright and director. In 2006, he was named a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for his play Red Light Winter. His other plays include 'Nocturne', 'Blackbird', 'Stone Cold Dead' Serious, Finer Noble Gases, Essential Self Defense, and Faster. As a director, his production of Blackbird received two Drama Desk nominations. His production of Red Light Winter won the Joseph Jefferson Award in Chicago and a Lucille Lortel Nomination for Best New Play and two Obie Awards in New York.
