Austentatious at the Julia Miles Theatre


From The Top Productions presents Austentatious, a musical comedy at the Julia Miles Theatre from 18 - 29 Sep 2007, as part of the New York Musical Theater Festival.

Austentatious follows a community theater group as they attempt to stage a new adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. From chaotic auditions to a climactic tap off, bad theater has never been so good!

The musical as score and lyrics by Matt Board and Joe Slabe, book by Matt Board, Jane Caplow, Kate Galvin, Luisa Hinchliff and Joe Slabe.

Directed by Mary Catherine Burke and choreographed by Rhonda Miller, Austentatious features Lisa Asher (Jessica), Stephen Bel Davies (Dominic), Stephanie D'Abruzzo (Sam), Amy Goldberger (Lauren), Stacey Sargeant (Emily) and Paul Wyatt (Blake).

The design team comprises Jesse Poleshuck (sets), Sarah Maiorino (costumes) and Jeff Croiter (lighting).
