The Milk Can Theatre Company presnts Arms And The Man by George Bernard Shaw, playing at the Sande Suurin Theatre from the 30 Apr - 15 May 2005

Synopsis: A soldier, Bluntschli, surprises Raina by climbing through her bedroom window looking for shelter. Raina contrasts her valiant fianc� Sergius with Bluntschli -- a soldier who prefers a supply of chocolates to bullets. During the course of the play Raina's romantic and idealistic notions about love and war are shattered. With the help of her "chocolate cream soldier" she comes of age and to understanding.

The cast features Sarah Bloom, Avery Clark, Tom Cleary, Katherine Alt Keener, Meghan Reilly, Josh Ubaldi, and Kirsten Walsh.

Arms And The Man is directed by ML Kinney, with design by Cully Long, costumes by Marija Djordjevic, lighting by Kevin Hardy and sound by Nick Moore.
