Accidental Death of an Anarchist: Based on a real case, Dario Fo tells the story of the Anarchist railway worker who, 'fell' to his death from a police headquarters window. It is a piece in which his skill at writing farce and his gift as a clown brilliantly serve his politic, playing on the tensions between the death of the prisoner and the farcical interventions of the authorities to explain it.
Directed by Janet Bobcean, Accidental Death of an Anarchist features Megan O'Leary (Maniac), Dan Doohan (Bertozzo), Michael Satow (Pissani), Matthew Wanders (Constables), Del Lewis (Superintendent) and Gretchen Knapp (Feletti).
Set design by Katrina Alix, with costumes by Frances Nelson-McSherry, lighting by Alison Cherry and sound by Keller McGuiness.
