Michael R. Jackson's musical begins performances April 6.
The Pulitzer-winning musical A Strange Loop will offer rush and lottery tickets throughout its Broadway run. The Broadway debut of Michael R. Jackson's show begins April 6 ahead of an April 26 opening at the Lyceum Theatre.
Rush tickets will be offered in person at the Lyceum Theatre box office each day for $47. The box office opens at 10 a.m. each day except Sunday, when it opens at noon. Rush tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Each person may purchase up to two tickets.
A Strange Loop also offers a digital lottery for $39 tickets. The lottery opens for entries the day before each performance, and winners can purchase tickets online for the following day's performance.
A Strange Loop follows a Black, gay writer named Usher, who's writing a musical about a Black, gay writer while working a day job as a Broadway usher. He has to battle the relentlessly self-deprecating thoughts in his head and his family's expectations to break into a successful career.
