2008 Triple Threat Premiere at the Baruch Performing Arts Center

Emerging Artists Theatre have announced the 2008 Triple Threat Premiere, the company's third annual series of three full-length plays by emerging writers.

The four-week off-Broadway engagement will open at the Rose Nagelberg Theater at Baruch Performing Arts Center on 9 Feb 2008, following previews from 6 Feb and run through to 2 Mar 2008

The three plays are:





  • The Play about the Naked Guy
    by David Bell
    Directed by Tom Wojtunik
    Synopsis: What do the poor, innocent Integrity Players do when they have one last chance to save their company from bankruptcy? See title.



  • Claymont
    by Kevin Brofsky
    Directed by Derek Jamison
    Synopsis: In the summer of '69 when men walked on the moon, young Neil Greenglass discovers who he is by falling in love with the draft dodger next door.



  • Sister's Dance
    by Sarah Hollister
    Directed Paul Adams
    Synopsis: A story of the intricate dance between two very different sisters ignited by a 'mother's will to see them come together.
