Teague is best known for appearing in the films Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, You Hurt My Feelings opposite Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and To Leslie alongside Allison Janney and Andrea Riseborough.
He has had main roles in the TV series Mrs. Fletcher (as Julian Spitzer, opposite Kathryn Hahn) and The Stand (as Harold Lauder, opposite Alexander Skarsgard, James Marsden, and Whoopi Goldberg), adapted from Stephen King's novel. He played the recurring role of Nolan Rayburn/Young Danny on Netflix's Bloodline.
