    Synopsis: Story of the rivalries and misunderstandings that tear apart a Southern family as it gathers for the 65th birthday of its patriarch. In Big Daddys' house, nothing is as it seems. Big Daddy is dying of cancer, though he believes he is in good health. His son Gooper and his wife greedily await their inheritance.
