The Roundabout Theatre Company has now announced the dates for its World Premiere production of a new play by Joshua Harmon entitled Significant Other, directed by Trip Cullman, at off-Broadway's Laura Pels Theatre.

Previews will begin on 21 May 2015, with an official opening set for 18 June and a limited run through to 16 August 2015.

Synopsis: "A quarter-life coming-of-age story, Significant Other takes us into the trenches of single life in the city. Jordan Berman would love to be in love, but that's easier said than done. So until he meets Mr. Right, he wards off lonely nights with his trio of close-knit girlfriends. But as singles' nights turn into bachelorette parties, Jordan finds that supporting the ones you love can be just as impossible as finding love itself."

The Roundabout Theatre Company has an ongoing working relationship with playwright Joshua Harmon. His play 'Bad Jews' opened the inaugural Roundabout Underground Reading Series for Emerging Playwrights in February 2012. It went on to premiere at Roundabout Underground's Black Box in Fall 2012, in a sold-out extended run, and moved to the Laura Pels Theatre the following year for an extended engagement. Significant Other is the second play in cooperation with the company and a third Harmon play is currently in development.

Casting and creative team will be announced in the coming weeks.
