Moon on a Rainbow Shawl at Abrons Arts Center


New Federal Theatre & Caribbean American Repertory Theatre presents Moon on a Rainbow Shawl, by Errol John, at the Abrons Arts Center Recital Hall from 10 - 27 May 2007.

Moon on a Rainbow Shawl: Set on the tropical island of Port of Spain, Trinidad in the late 1940's, showing how people deal with relationship problems, struggles against poverty and a willingness to better themselves; themes which are the same no matter what color you are.

Directed by Shirley Parkinson Wright, No Man's Island features Javon Binger, Lincoln Brown, China, David Heron, Najah Johnson, Lola Loui, LaToya Moore, Tashna Richards, Brian Shaw, Rudolph Shaw, Jermaine Small, Erwin Thomas, Nabil Vinas and Roderick A. Warner.

Set design by Ademola Olugebefola, with costumes by Marcha Tracey, lighting by Steve Richardson and sound by Ken Roper.
