MCC Theater has announced complete casting for the fourth and final production of its 2016-2017 season - The End of Longing. The production marks the New York playwriting and stage acting debut of "Friends" star Matthew Perry (as Jack). Joining him will be "Once Upon a Time" and "House" star Jennifer Morrison (Stephanie), as well as Quincy Dunn-Baker (Jeffrey) and Sue Jean Kim (Stevie).

Mr Perry's self-penned dark comedy The End of Longing, directed by Lindsay Posner, makes its U.S. premiere at the Lucille Lortel Theater, beginning previews on May 18, 2017, before an official opening on June 5 and a limited engagement through to June 24, 2017.

Synopsis: "An alcoholic, an escort, a self-diagnosed neurotic and a well-intentioned dimwit walk into a bar... Broken and deeply flawed, they find their lives irreversibly entwined no matter how hard they try to break free of one another. The End of Longing is a bittersweet comedy that proves that broken people don't need to stay broken."

The creative team behind The End of Longing has also been announced and features scenic design by Tony and Emmy Award winner Derek McLane, costume design by Sarah Laux, lighting design by 2-time Tony nominee Ben Stanton, and sound design by Ryan Rumery.

The world premiere of The End of Longing was staged in the West End at London's Playhouse Theatre in spring 2016.
