According to the New York Post, after months of speculation, the 69th Annual Tony Awards will be hosted by Tony winners Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming.

The 69th Annual Tony Awards will be held at the Radio City Music Hall on 7 June 2015 and will be broadcast live that evening on CBS, its TV partner since 1978.

This will mark the first time ever that either Ms. Chenoweth or Mr. Cumming has hosted the Tony Awards, but not the first time they have worked together. The duo collaborted on screen in CBS' 'The Good Wife,' the 1999 TV movie of 'Annie,' and in the animated feature film 'Strange Magic.'

Kristin Chenoweth can currently be seen starring as Lily Garland in the Broadway revival of On The Twentieth Century. She won a 1999 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role as 'Sally' in the musical comedy 'You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.' Her other Broadway credits include 'Promises, Promises,' 'The Apple Tree,' 'Epic Proportions,' 'Steel Pier,' and she originated the role of Glinda in 'Wicked,' which also earned her a Tony nomination.

Alan Cumming recently completed his Broadway engagement as the Emcee in the Roundabout's acclaimed revival of Kander & Ebb's 'Cabaret' at Studio 54. He made his Broadway debut in the same role in the Roundabout's original 1998 revival, for which he won the 1998 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical. His other Broadway credits include 'Macbeth,' 'The Threepenny Opera,' and 'Design For Living.'
