Sprawl's stage credits also include her Broadway debut in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, the National Tour of Disney's The Lion King, and the role of Felicia in a regional production of Memphis.

The complete cast of Girl from the North Country includes (in alphabetical order) Todd Almond (as Elias Burke), Jeannette Bayardelle (as Mrs. Neilson), Tony Award nominee Stephen Bogardus (as Nick Laine), Sydney James Harcourt (as Joe Scott), Caitlin Houlahan (as Kate Draper), Robert Joy (as Dr. Walker), three-time Tony Award nominee Marc Kudisch(as Mr. Burke), Luba Mason (as Mrs. Burke), Tom Nelis (as Mr. Perry), two-time Tony Award nominee David Pittu (as Reverend Marlowe), Colton Ryan (as Gene Laine), Kimber Sprawl (as Marianne Laine), and Oscar & Tony Award nominee Mare Winningham (as Elizabeth Laine), alongside ensemble members Matthew Frederick Harris, John Schiappa, Rachel Stern, and Chelsea Lee Williams.

Girl from the North Country begins previews at the Public Theater's Newman Theater on September 11, 2018, ahead of an official opening on October 1 and a limited engagement through to November 4, 2018. The musical play is written and directed by Conor McPherson and features the songs of music legend Bob Dylan.

Mr. McPherson previously commented: "I just couldn't be more thrilled with this amazing company. We're all so looking forward to presenting Girl from the North Country to New York audiences at The Public, just a few blocks from where Bob Dylan began his journey into legend."

Synopsis: "Bob Dylan's inimitable songbook is authentically transformed into this achingly beautiful story of a down-on-its-luck community on the brink of change in Dylan's hometown, Duluth, Minnesota, in 1934. Conor McPherson has created a mythical new show, weaving the music of our greatest poet-singer-songwriter into a piercing drama about home, heart, and the searching determination of the American soul."

Girl from the North Country originally premiered at London's Old Vic in July 2017, before transferring to the Noel Coward Theatre in the West End for a 12-week run from December 2017. Read Mark Shenton's 5* review on our London Theatre Guide sister site.

Girl from the North Country Tickets are available now for performances from September 11 through to November 4, 2018.
