Is This A Room and Dana H. will both receive their Broadway debuts this fall, as they play a repertory season at the Lyceum Theatre. Is This A Room begins previews on September 24, with an opening night on October 11. Dana H. begins previews on October 1, ahead of an opening night on October 17. The two productions will play a final performance on Jan. 16, 2022.

Tina Satter's Is This A Room follows Reality Winner, a 25-year-old former Air Force Linguist who is charged with leaking evidence of Russian interference. Emily Davis will make her Broadway debut reprising the role of Reality Winner, with further casting to be announced. Is This A Room previously ran for two months at the Vineyard Theatre.

New York Theatre Guide praised the play's 2019 run, saying "If you were only going to go to one play the rest of the year make it this one. The issues raised are too important not to be a part of the conversation... There are always two tracks being played, one in the mind of Winner and that which she exposes through careful semantics."

Lucas Hnath's Dana H. was due to reopen the Vineyard Theatre in the fall, but will now reopen on Broadway instead. Dana H. is based on interviews playwright Lucas Hnath did with his mother about being held hostage, with the play following a woman held captive in Florida motels for five months. Deirdre O'Connell will reprise her performance as the title character, Dana, with direction by Les Waters.

New York Theatre Guide said of the play's 2020 run that "the harrowing docudrama... is as full of duality as the staging itself. It is both a monster story and a survivor's account."
