Bes Wohl’s Make Believe extends at Second Stage Theater

The New York premiere of Make Believe will now play its final performance at the Tony Kiser Theatre on September 22, 2019.

Second Stage Theater's production of Bes Wohl's comedy Make Believe has extended at the Tony Kiser Theater by a week. Originally scheduled to complete its run on September 15, 2019, it will now run through Sunday, September 22.

The play, which officially opened on August 15, stars Kim Fischer, Susannah Flood, Ryan Foust, Harrison Fox, Maren Heary, Brad Heberlee, Casey Hilton and Samantha Mathis.

Synopsis: "When does real life collide with make believe? For the four Conlee kids, ages 5 to 10, playing house is no longer a game when their parents inexplicably disappear. Thirty-two years later, their search for answers continues. Make Believe offers a look inside the minds of children, their parents and the mysteries of childhood that haunt us forever."

Directed by Michael Greif, the production features scenic design by David Zinn, costume design by Emilio Sosa, lighting design by Ben Stanton, original music & sound design by Bray Poor, and hair & make-up design by J. Jared Janas.

Make Believe Tickets are available now for performances through September 22, 2019.
