Atlantic Theater Company has set the full cast for The Far Country, a world-premiere play by Lloyd Suh. Performances run at the Linda Gross Theater from November 15 to January 1, with opening night on December 5.

The cast includes Shannon Tyo, who starred in Suh's last Off-Broadway play, The Chinese Lady, alongside Ben Chase, Jinn S. Kim, Whit K. Lee , Christopher Liam Moore, Amy Kim Waschke, and Eric Yang.

The creative team has also been set, with scenic design by Clint Ramos; costume design by Junghyun Georgia Lee; lighting design by Jiyoun Chang; sound design by Fan Zhang; and wig, hair, and makeup design by Tommy Kurzman.

The Far Country is set just after the passage of the Chinese Exclusion Act, when a family from Taishan, China defies the law and makes a treacherous journey to California.
