Spring Shorts 2006 at the Milagro Theater
3Graces Theater Co. presents Spring Shorts 2006, an evening of seven short plays by six playwrights, at the Milagro Theater at the CSV Cultural & Educational Center, from the 10 - 14 May 2006.
The cast for Spring Shorts 2006 features: Margot Avery, Suzanne Barbetta, Elizabeth Bunnell, Ryan K. Burke, Patrick T. Cecala II, Nitra Gutiérrez, Kelli Lynn Harrison, John D. Ivy, Shevy Katan, Annie McGovern, Jennifer McKenna, Catherine McNelis and Chelsea Silverman.
The seven plays are:
- Shot Americans
Playwrite: Kayla Cagan
Director: Elizabeth Bunnell
Synopsis: The sins of the father are swallowed in shots.
- Annunciation
Playwrite: Kelli Lynn Harrison
Director: Kathleen Bishop
Synopsis: On a glorious spring day, an American business woman finds herself in the basement of St. Gervais Church in Paris where a pregnant teenage immigrant and nun try to help the woman come to terms with her faith.
- Roller Coaster

Synopsis: A brother and sister play dangerous games.
- Remind Me Again
Playwrite: Sharyn Rothstein

Synopsis: Miranda is horrified when a stranger tries to kiss her on the street, but her anger soon turns to confusion when her female co-workers celebrate her attack.

Synopsis: An ex-wife and a widow argue over a house....and a husband.
- I Think You Think I Love You

Synopsis: After scattering the ashes of her mother as well as her sister�s cat, and relaying the entire story to a perfect stranger, Branwyn discovers the tenderness that results from our most humiliating moments.

Synopsis: Mollie is a Big Freakin� Movie Star, and she�s granted you the privilege of an interview � so grab a pen and a sippy cup, and behold the great funhouse mirror of superstarletcelebritydom.
3Graces Theater Co 2006 - 2007 season of plays called is called "2nd Class Citizens." The first play in the series will be the NY premiere of "Nickel And Dimed (or on not getting by in America)", by Joan Holden, based on the book by Barbara Erenreich, to be presented in October 2006 at the Bank Street Theater.
The second production of 3Graces� second Season, '2nd Class Citizens', will be "Machinal" by Sophie Treadwell in the spring of 2007, followed by "Dream of a Common Language" by Heather MacDonald in the fall of 2007.
