Regrets Only Manhattan Theatre Club announce cast

The Manhattan Theatre Club have announced the full cast for their world premiere production of Regrets Only, a comedy by Paul Rudnick, opening at NY City Center's stage I on the 14 Nov 2006, following previews from the 19 Oct 2006.

The production will star Christine Baranski (Tibby), Diane Davis (Jack's Daughter), George Grizzard (Hank Hadley), Jackie Hoffman (Myra Kesselman), Si�n Phillips (Marietta Claypoole) and David Rasche (Jack McCullough), and will be directed by Christopher Ashley.

Regrets Only is a comedy of Manhattan manners, exploring the very latest topics in marriage and friendship. The setting: a Park Avenue penthouse. The players: a powerhouse attorney, his deliriously social wife and their closest friend, one of the world�s most staggeringly successful fashion designers. Add a daughter�s engagement, some major gowns, the President of the United States, and stir.

Christine Baranski's Broadway credits include: Marie in 'Short Talks on the Universe' (2002), Tracy Gardner in 'Nick & Nora' (1991), Chris Gorman in 'Rumors' (1988), Bunny Flingus in 'The House of Blue Leaves' (1986).

Diane Davis was recently seen on Broadway playing Pia on 'Festen'.

George Grizzard's many Broadway appearances include: Charlie in 'Seascape' (2005), Judge Haywood in 'Nuremberg' (2001), Tobias in 'A Delicate Balance' (1996), John Tanner in 'Man and Superman' (1978).

Jackie Hoffman's Broadway credits include Hairspray (2002) & Hair (2004)

Si�n Phillips'Broadway credits: Marlene Dietrich in 'Marlene' (1999) and Sybil Birling in 'An Inspector Calls' (1994)

David Rasche's Broadway credits include: Richard O'Neill in 'Getting and Spending' (1998), Bobby Gould in 'Speed-the-Plow' (1988), Peter in 'Lunch Hour' (1980) and Mark in 'The Shadow Box' (1977).
