Pippin at CAP21�s The Shop


CAP21 presents the musical Pippin, book by Roger O. Hirson, music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, at CAP21�s The Shop from 12 - 22 Apr 2007.

Pippin follows the young prince Pippin who longs to discover the secret of true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of the battlefield, the temptations of the flesh and the intrigues of political power. In the end, he finds it in the simple pleasures of home and family.

Directed and choreographed by Steven Sofia, Pippin's cast is comprised of 2nd year students from the CAP21 Conservatory, the musical theatre training studio serving New York University�s Tisch School of the Arts.

Costumes by Courtney McClain, with lighting by Christopher Brown.
